All recyclable commodities extracted are baled and sold into the recyclable commodity market.

Secondary Screening

Further fine screening to remove fines and non-combustible material.

Air and vacuum material density separation

Air classification of lights and heavy materials pre-shredding.

High Speed Shredding

Final shredding of cleaned residual waste streams into the SRF Fuel flock.

SRF to Kilns

The SRF fuel flock is loaded into lorries destined for the cement kilns for combustion.
